Sally Sparhawk

Sally SparhawkSally Sparhawk, President of Sparhawk Consulting, is a skilled senior consultant driven to help companies improve their business during times of change. She specializes in strategic assessment of organization human performance issues and develops customized solutions to those issues. She also delivers high impact training based on these solutions for employees, managers and senior managers. Sally has over 25 years of experience in the training and development field, working with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. She has presented training and managed projects in the UK, Germany, Canada, Mexico and the United States. She is a collaborative facilitator who works well on a team as well as independently in the classroom.

Sally has extensive experience in needs analysis and training design. Her book, Identifying Targeted Training Needs, is published by Jossey-Bass. She also wrote the ASTD Info-Line booklet, Strategic Needs Analysis. A dynamic, high-energy facilitator, Sally has been a presenter at 16 American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) International Conferences. She was Chair of the Program Advisory Committee for the International Conference and Chair of the National Awards Committee for ASTD. In 1995, she received the Torch Award for Leadership within the Society. A graduate of Kent State University, Sally has her Masters degree from Bowling Green University and completed the Three Year Post Graduate Training Program specializing in Organization and System Development at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.

Marilyn Corrigan

Marilyn CorriganMarilyn is an associate of the Hemsley Fraser Group and has been an independent consultant for 20 years. Before starting her own business, Marilyn held leadership positions in a utility and a high technology firm. She implemented leadership programs for supervisory management personnel and also a corporate succession-planning program for executives. She also worked in a power station in Australia in a multi-year leadership project. Marilyn’s goal is to help clients improve their effectiveness in the areas of leadership, team communications, change management, and performance improvement with solutions based on specific organizational needs. She worked as an adjunct faculty member at the Opus College of Business, University of St. Thomas from 1992-2009 where she taught MBA classes. She currently is an executive coach for some of the Executive MBA students. Marilyn is an MBTI® Master Practitioner, EQ- I 2.0 certified, and has been active as a leader and presenter in local and national ASTD (American Society of Training and Development) organizations.

Marilyn has an M.A. in Education from the University of Denver and a B.A. in Psychology from Whitman College in Washington State. She is also qualified in the areas of emotional intelligence, MBTI®, Bridges Transition Model, Thomas Kilmann Conflict Instrument, Parker Team Player Survey, Strong Interest Inventory, Blessing White Managing Personal Growth and Stress Management.

Diane Klein

klein Wall of ChinacropDiane is an independent consultant who is a highly versatile training and employee communications professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate, medical, sales, industrial, retail, and distribution center environments. She emphasizes targeted, integrated instruction from strategy and concept to development and delivery. Specializes in technical, operational, and supervisory skills. Diane has demonstrated the ability to collaborate across departments and functions and is known for her excellent project management skills.

Diane has a B.A. in Mass-Media Communication from the University of Akron in Ohio and has won numerous awards for her training videos include The Silver Quill Award (1987), the ITVA Award of Merit (1991), the Business Marketing Association’s Gold Tower Award (1991) and Bronze Tower Award (1994), the Women in Communications, Inc. Award of Excellence (1994), the Bronze Telly Award (1994 and 1996) and the Nat. Association of Industrial and Office Properties Literature and Video Award (1995).

George Piskurich

DSC00866George is an internationally acknowledged expert in the field of Instructional Design, with a strong background in creating effective, innovative programs using all learning delivery systems, in the health care, public utilities, retail, financial, food services, manufacturing, oil and gas, and telecommunications industries. Blends unique experiences as a manager, training director, instructional designer, and both classroom and web-based instructor to create programs that produce an organizational culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.

George got his B.S. in Biology from Pennsylvania State University before getting a Master’s in Education and a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Supervision from University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania. George has published numerous books and articles on training and professional development. He is the recipient of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) International Award for Best Use of Instructional Technology in Business, ASTD Instructional Technologist of the Year and a finalist for the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) Excellence in Instructional Design award.
